            1.  How do I redeem my Award?
 
To redeem your MyGiftCertificateStore.com award, please follow these steps:
 

·    Select the product category you would like to shop from.    

·    Select the retail gift card you would like to order by clicking on the image or the More Info button.  

·    Choose the value of the gift card(s) you would like to order then choose the quantity. Click Add To Cart.  

·    To continue shopping, click on another category on the left side bar, or click Home. If you are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the right side bar, just below your shopping cart detail.  

·    If you are a first time customer, fill out the name and address information as requested. Please be sure to include an email address for order and shipping confirmation. Click the Next button in the lower right corner of your screen.  

·    If you are a returning customer and know your user id and password, use the fields on the right of your screen to login or click to sign in where indicated. Verify that your name and address information is correct and then click the Next button in the lower right corner of your screen.  

·    Enter your gift certificate number in the box marked Gift Certificate. Enter the gift certificate number exactly as it appears on your award certificate. You must enter all letters and numbers, with no spaces. Please make sure your order total does not exceed the value of your award.  

·    Click the Apply button and the value on your gift certificate will appear.  

·    Click the Next button in the lower right corner of your screen.  

·    Verify your order information and then click the Place Order button in the lower right corner of your screen. Please only click this button once.  

·    Your order has been processed!
 
     YOU MAY ONLY REDEEM ONE GIFT CERTIFICATE AWARD PER ORDER. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE AWARDS, YOU MUST PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS.
 
 
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
In most cases, orders will ship within 3 - 5 business days. Please allow 14 days after the ship date for your order to arrive.

        3. I haven't received my gift card order?

Please allow 14 business days from the date your order is shipped to recieve your gift cards. If your order has not been       received after 14 days, contact our customer service department at customerservice@mygiftcertificatestore.com.

Neither DCI Incentives nor MyGiftCertificateStore.com is responsible for certificates not received due to incorrect address information provided on your order.

        4. I tried to use my gift card and it doesn't work?

Contact customerservice@mygiftcertificatestore.com and we will be happy to assist. You will need the retailer name and the gift certificate/card number.

        5. How is my order shipped?
 
           Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

        6. Can I return a gift card?

Gift certificates/cards may be returned within 10 days for exchange of another gift card of equal or lesser value. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the balance of the returned gift certificate/card.

        7. My gift certificate/card has been lost/stolen.

Treat your gift certificates and gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates/cards cannot be replaced.
