How quickly will I get my virtual gift card?
Typically all gift cards received within 4 hours of the time you place your order, however, email carriers and other issues can delay your order.
What will I receive after I purchase a virtual gift card?
You will receive an email that contains a link to your virtual gift card. When you receive this email, click the link to view the e-card. You can either print the e-card from your computer or, in some cases, you can use it directly from your mobile phone with the merchant.
Can I use my gift card in store locations?
Yes, unless explicityly stated, all virtual gift cards work at both store locations and online.
How do I use my virtual gift card?
Print the card, and present at the merchant location. Online redemption requires you to type the card number in as a part of the order and may also require the use of a PIN or other code shown on the virtual gift card.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
If the lost card still has value, contact support at 877-443-8264 and we will reissue the card. If the card no longer contains value, and you feel that this was fraudulent in nature, an investigation will be conducted. Resolution may require you to sign a notarized affidavit regarding the missing value. To begin an investigation, please contact support at the number above.
Can I let someone else use my virtual gift card?
Yes, virtual gift cards are completely transferable.
Do I need a special printer or is color printing required?
Virtual gift cards can be printed from any standard printer and will be accepted in black & white or color print.
Do virtual gift cards expire?
Most national merchants do not have an expiration date for their gift card programs. However, each merchant may have different terms and conditions. Please review those terms prior to your selection.
