Shipping Policy

All gift card orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 14 days from the date your order is shipped for standard delivery.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of placing your order by our Standard shipping method.

All orders are shipped complete. No partial orders will be shipped. If any item on your order is not in stock, your entire order will be held until all items become available for shipping.

If an out-of-stock item does not become available within 10 days after placing your order, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to continue to hold your order or exchange the out-of-stock item for another gift card.

If you do not receive your order within 21 days from the date your order was shipped, please contact customerservice@mygiftcertificatestore.com. Neither MyGiftCertificateStore.com nor nor any of its affiliates are responsible for orders not received due to incorrect address information provided on your order.
